Steps in creating your dream tour

  • Discuss your ideas and preferences together
  • We get the basic information about your plans and wishes through our local representatives in Jakarta. We then follow up with one or more conference calls to learn exactly what you want. A draft itinerary is produced, like a simple daily travel calendar.
  • We tailor, adapt and plan your tour
  • In a continuing dialogue with the client, we will together form the detailed itinerary of the tour. We also do a "booking check" for your tour, to see if all activities, hotels and transport options are available and that the tour "fits together".
  • We do all the necessary bookings, get needed information etc.
  • After setting the draft itinerary, we start doing all needed bookings for your tour. We will book hotels, transport, transfers and extra activities for you. Optionally also some meals. Sometimes adjustments are needed to accommodate your plans. We provide you with all the information you need for the tour. This is especially important for tours where you travel on your own in foreign countries and visit unknown cities and places! We also provide important security information, related to the countries you visit.

  • Post-travel: Evaluation and closing
